This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “Data” below) that may be collected by us either directly or indirectly on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control; or persons not our employees, agents, or within our control.
We recognize that you want to understand how personally identifiable data about you is being gathered and used. We only use your personal data to offer customized information services. We do not distribute or sell our mailing list to any other third party.

Our active registration process requires only that you enter a valid e-mail address, and in some cases a unique user ID and password. We do not collect or use data that you do not actively provide through our mailing list registration or that which is directed to us, by you, through our e-mail service, program application, or written correspondence.
Please note that Camp Broadway uses a web-based application to collect your Data and to distribute our e-mails which is the only the ways and means of collecting and managing our mailing list and does not use Camp Broadway’s mailing list for any other purpose. 2. USE OF DATA
We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site and within the programs and events that we offer. Camp Broadway shall make reasonable efforts that your Data will not be provided to third parties unless:

3. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY
This section of the Privacy Policy for Camp Broadway is designed specifically for children so that they may understand that the information they are providing Camp Broadway is being protected with every reasonable best effort.
Camp Broadway collects children’s names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and birthdays, among other information, such as how often one has attended the theatre, for research and/or marketing purposes to contact the child with an offer to attend one or more of our Camp Broadway programs.
The contact information is usually used only to send information to the child, but also may be used to determine how interested our children are in specific programs, surveys, or other related marketing projects.
You may, at any time and without any cost to you, have your information removed from our list by writing to us or opting out of an e-mail, as instructed on the e-mail you may have received. Your parent or guardian may access your information at any time and without cost, but only after we have verified their identity.

Camp Broadway collects consumer names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and birthdays, among other information, such as how often one has attended the theatre. The contact information is usually used only to send information to the consumer, but also may be used to determine how interested our consumers are in specific programs, surveys, or other related marketing projects.

Account information will not be released in whole or in part with out verifiable proof of parental or guardian identification. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, if any, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted.

We will notify you of substantial changes to this Privacy Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to us that is contained within your user settings.
