Rehearsals will take place at Pearl Studios located at 500 8th Ave New York, NY 10018.
Carnegie Hall
The performance will take place at Carnegie Hall, located at 881 7th Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets.
- Attire -
Rehearsal
Cast Members will be provided with Camp Broadway Ensemble t-shirts. Program participants are required to wear a Camp Broadway t-shirt at all rehearsals. All clothing should be comfortable and non-constricting dance-like or exercise-like clothes. Any shorts worn must at least reach mid-thigh in length. You may choose sneakers or soft-soled dance shoes for footwear.
Measurements
For those new to the Ensemble, we work with a professional costume designer each year to design costumes for our cast. The designer will be on-site to alter the costumes as needed during the rehearsal weekend. However, we ask you to submit your child’s measurements in advance so our designers can plan accordingly. We have compiled a Google Form for you to submit your child’s measurements. To access the form, click the link below.

If you need a quick tutorial on how to take your child’s measurements, click here. Please submit your child’s measurements no later than February 16th.
Performance
Working in collaboration with The New York Pops management and creative team, our designer, Antonio Consuegra, is working on a fun and festive costume for the Camp Broadway Ensemble. If you have not already done so, please log in to Camp Brain and complete the measurement form for your performer as soon as possible so we can begin to source the wardrobe. Antonio and Katie will be on hand on Saturday, April 26th for the costume fittings. If necessary alterations will be done overnight for costume distribution on Sunday. More information on costumes will be provided at a later date.

Accessing Your Account
To access your account on Camp Broadway’s portal with the Camp Brain, please log in by clicking the button below and use the email address and password you chose at the time of registration. This is where you will be required to log in, complete supplemental forms, and make payments.

- Meal Plan -
Healthy lunches, snacks and waters will be provided each day of the program. We also provide dinner prior to the performance on Monday. Please alert us as soon as possible if your child has any dietary restrictions. We are a “NUT-FREE environment.
-TICKETS -
Camp Broadway recommends you purchase tickets for this event as soon as possible, as we will not have extra tickets to sell to parents the weekend of the event. Tickets are available for purchase directly through The New York Pops and Carnegie Hall. Follow the ticket link below for more information.

- Meet The Team -
Theo Lencicki, Artistic Director
Theo Lencicki is a professional actor, director, choreographer, and arts educator and the Artistic Director for the Broadway Education Alliance. He has performed at many regional and international venues, and across the United States on four National Broadway Tours including Hairspray, A Chorus Line, Young Frankenstein and as Riff in West Side Story. Theo is a rostered artist with the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts and was recognized for his professional work and advocacy for arts education as Artist of the Year in 2017. He has staged numerous performance opportunities for young artists including The National High School Musical Theatre Awards (The Jimmy’s), the MACY’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the NY Pops Gala at Carnegie Hall, Camp Broadway Mainstage and events at 54 Below and on Broadway!
