Working Broadway Professionals

DIRECTORS

Tony Parise

Mr. Parise, has been with Camp Broadway since 1998 and has helped to create and shape all of the Camp Broadway programs including "On With The Show" for Bravo Television, "Accentuate The Positive" for the Johnny Mercer Foundation, and "Adventure Theatre" for the Royal Caribbean cruise line. In 2002 Camp Broadway was invited to participate in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and Mr. Parise choreographed for 3 years. After those successes, Camp Broadway was chosen to open the parade for the next 3 years. In 2008, Camp Broadway will close the parade with "I Believe In Santa Claus", once again choreographed by Tony. Tony began his career as a performer appearing in the National tour of A Chorus Line, and on Broadway in 42nd Street, Me And My Girl, and City Of Angels.


Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith works with Camp Broadway in several capacities. He has been an Artistic Director and Choreographer for several of our summer camp programs around the country. He also recruits and trains Broadway and touring artists to work with Camp Broadway as vocal, dance and acting workshop presenters. In addition, he has been in charge of the Adventure Ocean Theatre program for the Royal Caribbean cruise lines. Tim has been performing on Broadway for the past 12 years and has been part of six original Broadway companies, two of which hold Grammy Awards. His credits include Grease, Annie Get Your Gun w/ Bernadette Peters, Elton John's Aida, Dream, Brooklyn and the Broadway revival of Sweet Charity, in which Timothy played opposite Christina Applegate. He was last seen in the Broadway hit Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. For two years, Timothy expanded his experience by developing television and film for Sony Pictures Television. He is also the co-creator of a new play, Mother Of Mine, by Erin Leigh Peck, which will be going into production fall of 2009. Tim is a graduate of James Madison University in Virginia, holding a BS in Telecommunications.


Canedy Knowles

Canedy Knowles has been an integral part of Camp Broadway for about ten years, performing and teaching in both New York camps and in other city's camps. She has helped to create many programs including the Shining Stars Program, Adventure Theatre Program for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Hairspray in the Classroom, "On With The Show" (the award-winning program produced for Bravo Television) and has taught countless Broadway workshops. In addition to working for Camp Broadway, she was the resident choreographer for the professional youth company of New Jersey's The Garage Theatre Group and choreographed over fifteen musicals including: Footloose, West Side Story, Into The Woods, More Than A Soap Opera, and Hair! Canedy has also helped develop NBC's On The Set, an award winning, Emmy-nominated educational program aimed at giving high school students hands-on behind-the-scenes knowledge of the television world. She travels the country teaching master classes in dance, acting, improvisation and video production and has taught in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Chicago and in New York City. As a performer she appeared in the critically acclaimed That Other Woman's Child at 37 Arts Theatre. She performs regularly with several Off-Broadway improvisational groups. Regional stage credits include: Skin, Meat, Bone; The Woolgatherer; Carnival; and The Cherry Orchard. TV credits include: Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Saturday Night Live, Rescue Me, Strangers with Candy, and as a series regular on ABC's CityKids and TNN's Lifegame. She also recently co-created and starred in the independent pilot: Next Song Off Our New Album. Film credits include: Alec Baldwin's Shortcut to Happiness, Mona Lisa Smile, The Departed, Enchanted, Spider-Man, and many independent films.


Jim Weitzer

Broadway: Little Women (John Brooke, original cast recording), The Phantom of the Opera (Raoul). National tour: My Fair Lady (Freddy), The Phantom of the Opera (Raoul). Regional: Once...in New Jersey (Vinnie, world premiere, Jeff nominated), Passion (Giorgio, Midwest premiere), A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Hero), Forever Plaid (Smudge, After Dark Award), All Night Strut (Marriott Lincolnshire). Much concert work, including the Tokyo Symphony, conducted by Jerry Steichen. Up next, To the Contrary, a new play by Craig Jacobs, part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Student and avid fan of the Upright Citizens Brigade.


Jonathan Hadley

Jonathan Hadley most recently appeared as Bob Crewe in the Broadway company of Jersey Boys and is currently playing the role on the First National Tour. He was previously seen on Broadway channeling Marvin Hamlisch and Michael Bennet in A Class Act and Off-Broadway in Finian's Rainbow at New York's acclaimed Irish Rep. Tours include Into The Woods (with Cleo Laine), Joseph... (with Donny Osmond), Fiddler on the Roof (with Theo Bikel) and Forbidden Broadway. Favorite regional credits include leading roles in Dirty Blonde, Born Yesterday, Yiddle With A Fiddle (Boston Herald Award), Amadeus, Loves Labors Lost, Call Me Madam (starring Leslie Uggams), The Secret Garden and Captains Courageous. TV: "Another World", "Kidsworld" & "Sex and the City". Jonathan is a director and teaching artist with Camp Broadway, TADA!, the Yip Harburg Foundation's "Rainbow Troupe" and BRAVO's "On With the Show" and directed MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING and TARTUFFE for New York's Sonnet Repertory Theatre. Jonathan recently graduated from Brooklyn College with an MFA in Directing.



MUSICAL DIRECTORS

Robert Agis

Robert Agis received his B.A. in Music (Piano Performance) from Xavier University and his Postgraduate Diploma in Music (Composition) at James Cook University in Australia where he composed and performed his first original musical, Potatoes in the Playground.

He has music directed shows including Grease and The Pajama Game and conducted musical theatre workshops for children and adults. Additionally, Mr. Agis has appeared on stage in regional and equity productions including Cabaret, Oklahoma, and Theatreworks Phantom of the Opera.

Roberts singing and playing are featured on his 2000 release, Amaranth, a collection of original piano music and art songs. Amaranth is available through itunes and Barnes & Noble.


Robert Felstein

Robert Felstein’s varied carrer has included jazz, classical and theatre music. He has music directed nearly 50 professional Equity theatre productions at theatres around the country. On Broadway he was pianist for The Lion King and The Canterbury Tales. Show Music magazine, reviewing the recent cast recording of the classic musical Foxy said, “Music director Robert Felstein’s piano playing makes the listener forget there is no orchestra”. He is currently Music Director of the NY production of The Fantasticks (featuring author Tom Jones as the Old Actor). His original compositions include a musical “Orpheus in America” written with playwright Robert Patrick and incidental music for several plays. He is active as a vocal coach and a cabaret accompanist in NYC, and is on the faculty of the Hartt School of the University of Hartford.


Lisa Lemay

Lisa LeMay: Musical Director/Conductor/Keyboard: How The Grinch Stole Christmas, (3 years at Old Globe Theatre), Too Old For The Chorus (La Mirada Theatre), Urinetown (Costa Mesa Playhouse), and 2008 NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Residency (Goodspeed Theatre). Bill Newberry

Bill Newberry is excited to be back for a 7th season of Camp Broadway. Bill was associate music director on the world stage premieres of both High School Musical and High School Musical 2. He was children's director for the recent national tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and toured last fall with a new production of Les Miserables. One of Bill's greatest pleasures is working with kids and teens and watching them discover and revel in the world of musical theatre. Some of his students have gone on to Broadway, television, and film success. "Dream big!"


Lisa Otey

Lisa has toured as a pianist and singer in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe for over 20 years. She also has her own record label, Owl's Nest Productions, featuring jazz, blues and boogie artists, as well as 8 CDs of her own.

Lisa has worked in theatre since she moved to Tucson in 1984, including music directing for Tucson's Invisible Theatre and Gaslight Theatre and playing piano for the Arizona Theatre Company and the UofA. Lisa also presents music workshops and residencies around the world and teaches music at Kino School in Tucson.

Lisa has been inducted into the Tucson Music Hall of Fame and the Arizona Blues Hall of Fame and has been awarded Best of Tucson's Performer of the Year, Tucson Lifestyle's Entertainer of the Year and TAMMIES Musician of the Year.


Mike Pettry

Mike Pettry is a New York based composer/lyricist and musician. He is a 2007 Jonathan Larson Award Winner. Musicals written include The Time Travelers Convention, Long Distance, World of Heroes, The Wonderful World of Zidney (featured highlight at Kennedy Center Page to Stage Festival), and Flipside (2007 Frederick Loewe Award winner). Mike's songs have been performed in readings and cabarets all over the country, including a concert at Ars Nova specifically featuring his work. Muzz Skillings (formerly of Living Colour) is producing several of Mike's songs for a forthcoming Lin McEwan album. Mike's solo album, "The Voices In My Head," is available on CDBaby and iTunes. He also scored music for the film The Promise of New York (Big Muddy Film Festival Audience Choice Best Documentary). As a musician, Mike toured the country with Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (2007-2008) as assistant conductor, and recently played keyboard for the run of Rooms: A Rock Romance off-Broadway at New World Stages. Other NY performances include The Black Suits (Public Theater), Green Eyes (Fringe), and Things To Ruin: The Songs of Joe Iconis (Second Stage, Joe's Pub, Ars Nova, Zipper). Mike will be conducting RENT at the John W. Engeman Theater this fall. BA in piano and composition from Shepherd University, MFA in musical theatre writing from NYU/Tisch.


Randy Redd

Recent performance credits include the Broadway musical Ring of Fire directed by Richard Maltby, Terrence McNally's Some Men directed by Trip Cullman and the 20th Anniversary production of Pump Boys And Dinettes. He made his Broadway debut in the musical Parade and can be seen in the upcoming documentary feature film "After The Storm" directed by Hilla Medalia. He has worked at such reputable theaters as Manhattan Theater Club, Atlantic Theater Company, Lamb's Theater, Naked Angels, Kennedy Center, The Goodspeed Opera House, Geffen Playhouse, York Theater Co., Emelin Theater, Cincinnati Playhouse In The Park, Studio Arena, Pittsburgh CLO, Charlotte Repertory Theater, Coconut Grove Playhouse, Stamford Center For The Arts, The Cape Playhouse, The Actor's Playhouse and many others. Concert appearances include Town Hall, Alan Light's Live From Home, New Voices Collective, Symphony Space, St. John The Divine, Ars Nova, Dominion, The Knitting Factory, Cooper Union and Joe's Pub. Angie C. Creighton

Angie just completed 4 ½ years in the Broadway production of The Producers. THEATRE: Mercury, Spiral, Inc.; Pitching to the Star, WAT Project. FILM/TV: One Life to Live, Parco PI, Curb your Enthusiasm & The Producers Movie Musical. Angie is a graduate of American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has also been on the faculty teaching movement to actors. She is also co-founder and Artistic Director of the Working Artist Theatre Project and sits proudly on the board of Help in On the way Today.


 
Laura Danette

Laura is thrilled to be on board with Camp Bway! She's been a longtime faculty member with TADA!, Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and the Off-Bway Theater 315's Young Broadway Experience w/PPAS. Favorite Off Bway, Industrials, University and Artist In Residence projects include: Chicago (Tour), The Mystery of Edwin Drood & Crazy For You (JSU, AL), Much Ado About Nothing, Love's Labours Lost (Off Bway/American Globe Theatre), Phantom (Helen Hayes), Once Upon A Mattress (L.A. Sue Delano

Sue has performed in the Broadway and National Tours of My Fair Lady with Richard Chamberlain; Cabaret with Joel Grey; Liza in Concert with Liza Minelli. She has worked across the country, Europe and Hong Kong in such capacities as featured singer/dancer, dance captain, assistant director, and choreographer. Sue was also a choreographer for "Bravo On With the Show". She received a B.A. in Dance from Stephens College and is on staff teaching jazz and musical theatre dance at CAP 21, New York University’s highly acclaimed musical theatre program.


Michelle M. Robinson

Began her formal dance training at the Dance Theatre of Harlem under the tutelage of Artist Director, Arthur Mitchell and Co- Director, Karl Shook. Acknowledging her ability, she immediately became a member of the corps-de-ballet. While there she simultaneously was a member of the renounced Marie Brooks Children's Dance Theatre. She has had the opportunity to travel to places such as Haiti, Jamaica, Trinidad, Martinique, Surinam, Ghana, Brazil, Italy and Paris to name a few.

As a recipient of The Harry Belafonte Performing Arts Scholarship, she attended the State University of New York at Purchase where she graduated from with a B.F.A. in Dance. After graduation, Michelle's talents were sought after by many prestigeous dance companies however, she had now set her sights on Musical Theater.

From Europe to Broadway she has appeared in such productions as Sophisticated Ladies starring Judith Jamison, Can-Can, Dreamgirls, The Tempest, Jelly's starring Gregory Hines, They're Playing Our Song, Black and Blue starring Savion Glover, Sweet Charity and presently an original cast member of the smash Musical Broadway Revival of Chicago. On television, she has been seen on the daytime soap opera drama "One Life to Life" in the role of Mrs. Sharp and the HBO Special "Lackawanna Blues".


Cynthia Thole

Cynthia Thole, a veteran of the Broadway stage, currently works as a director/choreographer and teacher in New York City for Theatreworks/USA, Two Beans Productions, TADA!, AMDA, Encores, and Camp Broadway. She is a faculty member of the dance program at Montclair State University and AMDA. Her Broadway performance credits include: A Christmas Carol, My Fair Lady, Nick and Nora, Me and My Girl, Meet Me in St Louis, Singin' in the Rain, and 42nd Street. National Tours include: Agnes DeMille's Oklahoma!, Sugar Babies and 42nd Street. Her regional choreography credits include: Carousel and Leave Him to Heaven for Farleigh Dickenson University, 42nd Street, Allenberry Playhouse, Me and My Girl, Mill Mountain Playhouse, and Quilters, Penn State University. Cynthia works as a teaching artist in the NYC public schools with grades K-12. She is also a graduate of Butler University and the proud mother of a teen-age daughter.

Jen Bender

Jen Bender (Resident Director): Broadway: The Lion King, Avenue Q, The Wedding Singer, Steel Magnolias (Assistant Director). Regional: Avenue Q at the Wynn Las Vegas, Kander and Ebb's The Visit (Goodman Theatre). National Tour: Wonderful Town. Other: City Center Encores!, Roundabout, Birdland, Carnegie Hall. Jen is a founder of the New York Musical Theatre Festival and a graduate of Northwestern University.


Brad Bradley

Brad Bradley is currently on Broadway in Monty Pythons Spamalot, which he is an original cast member. Other Broadway credits include: Thou Shalt Not, Annie Get Your Gun, Steel Pier, and A Christmas Carol. 2 Encores: Bye Bye Birdie, Strike Up The Band. Off Broadway: The Cocoanuts. Brad made his pofessional debut at age 12 as a back up dancer for Michael Jackson in the Pepsi Commercial. Has a BFA from USC.


Paul Canaan

Paul Canaan has performed on Broadway in Miss Saigon, Thoroughly Modern Millie, La Cage Aux Follies, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and currently Legally Blonde. He traveled in the National Tour of Annie Get Your Gun and worked regionally at Paper Mill Playhouse, Ford's Theater, and Robert Redfords Sundance theater. He also danced in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in 2001. He has taught all around the country and loves working with artists of all ages.


Barrett Foa

Broadway: Princeton & Rod in Avenue Q, Leaf Coneybear in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and the original cast of Mamma Mia!. Asmeret Ghebremichael

Off Broadway: In the Heights (Vanessa, Carla u/s), Lone Star Love. Regional credits include: A Little Princess, Finian's Rainbow, and The Wiz. Asmeret received her B.S. in Communications from NYU, where she was also the Valedictory Speaker for her graduating class.


Jared Gertner

Jared Gertner- Broadway: William Barfee in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee for the last year of its run. Prior to that, he spent a year playing Barfee in the San Francisco Company and The Boston Company of Spelling Bee, for which he won an IRNE Award for Best Actor. This past summer, Jared played Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors at the Paper Mill Playhouse and created the role of Warren in the premiere of Adam Gwon's musical Ordinary Days at Pennsylvania Centre Stage. Other NY credits: The Off-Broadway run of the improv show Don't Quit Your Night Job; the premiere of the play Anatomy 1968 (Theatre Row, SPF); the premiere of the musical Corduroy (TheatreWorks USA); My Favorite Year (Musicals Tonight); and Minimum Wage (NY Fringe). Regional: Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, St Louis Rep, Paper Mill Playhouse, Orpheum Theatre (Omaha), and 11th Hour Theatre Company (Philadelphia). Film: "The Suicide Auditions"; "Between Love and Goodbye". Education: NYU's Tisch, CAP21 . Jared is also a theatre educator and has done 40 million readings.


Michelle Kittrell

Michelle Kittrell can currently be seen in the new Broadway musical, Legally Blonde, where in addition to playing many roles she is also the dance captain. She also has appeared in the Broadway hit, Hairspray, as the dance captain as well as playing the role of Penny Pingleton. Additional Broadway credits include: All Shook Up, Bebe "Bubbles" Baker in Urban Cowboy, the Senator's Girlfriend in Sweet Smell of Success starring John Lithgow, Seussical starring Rosie O'Donnell, Footloose, Wonderful Town (Encores) and Grease! Michelle has toured the U.S. with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Grease!, Footloose as well as Europe playing the role of Lorraine in 42nd Street. She has performed regionally as Velma Kelly in Chicago, Evelyn Nesbit in Ragtime, Graziella in West Side Story, Millie in Good News! in addition to working with Tommy Tune in the workshop of Easter Parade. On television she has appeared on "Law & Order", "Live with Regis and Kelly", "Broadway: An American Musical", "Miss America Pageant" with Tony Danza, "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade", “The View, "This is the Moment" with Donny Osmond as well as numerous appearances on the "Today Show" and "Good Morning America." In addition to her performing, Michelle teaches musical theatre and audition workshops as well as tap, jazz, and lyrical master classes in NYC and across the country. Telly Leung

Broadway: Rent (Angel, Steve), Flower Drum Song (2002 revival), Sondheim's Pacific Overtures (2005 revival). He originated the role of Boq in the Chicago production of Wicked. Regional credits include: Godspell (Paper Mill Playhouse), Simon in Jesus Christ Superstar (Music Circus), Barnaby in Hello Dolly (The Muny), Thuy in Miss Saigon (PCLO), Lun Tha in The King And I starring Lou Diamond Phillips (NCT), Toby in Sweeney Todd (FST), & Seth / Shem in Children of Eden (Fords Theater). Telly is featured on the original cast recordings of Flower Drum Song (DRG records), Pacific Overtures (PS Classics), and Wall To Wall Stephen Sondheim (Symphony Space). Tony Mansker

A native Californian, Tony is thrilled to be making his Broadway debut in Mary Poppins, which has just reached its 500th performance. As an original cast member, Tony performs every night in the Ensemble, while understudying the roles of Bert and the Park Keeper. Tony's previous theatrical credits include West Side Story (US and International Tours), The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, 42nd Street, Singin' in the Rain (Cosmo), Footloose, Cabaret, Oklahoma, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Wizard of OZ (Scarecrow). Most recently, Tony directed and choreographed over 200 young actors in Bye Bye Birdie, for the Metropolitan Educational Theatre Network, aka MET II, in Southern California. Other choreography credits include Footloose at the Trump Taj Mahal, and The Who's Tommy for Surflight Theatre. Tony served as resident Ballet Teacher at Stagelite Center for Dance in NJ, as well as guest choreographer for Gotta Dance Studios in NJ. Javier Munoz

Liz Pearce

Liz Pearce is currently a member of the Broadway cast of Billy Elliot which opened recently at the Imperial Theatre in New York City. Other credits include starring as Audrey in the national tour of Little Shop of Horrors. Other National Tours: Jesus Christ Superstar (Soul Girl), Seussical The Musical (Bird Girl), the US and UK tour of Scooby Doo! (Velma/Belinda) and in Chicago (Annie) in the Macao International Music Festival in China. Regional Theatre Credits include: Peter Pan (Peter Pan) - Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Jekyll and Hyde (Emma Carew) - Sacramento Music Circus, The Who’s Tommy (Mrs. Walker)- Bay Street Theatre, Smokey Joe's Café (Delee) - Pioneer Theatre, Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey) – Seaside Music Theatre, George M! Arbender Robinson

Arbender is a native of Chicago Illinois and has had the opportunity to travel the world performing. He has earned college degrees in Theatre, Music Theater, Music, Dance, Special Education and Theology. His Broadway credits include Hairspray (Gilbert/Seaweed Cover) and The original cast of Disney's The Little Mermaid (Prince Eric Cover). Arbender also spent 6 years as a studio session vocalist for the Walt Disney Organization. He also spent time as a guest Vocalist on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Arbender spends his free time working with the American cancer Society specializing in leukemia and also dedicated time to research and education for Children living with Autism. Sarah Saltzberg

Sarah Saltzberg's theatre credits most recently include Broadway’s The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, currently playing at Circle in the Square Theatre. Previously, she originated and developed her character, Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre, in C-R-E-P-U-S-C-U-L-E, which she co-produced at the Theatorium in NYC. She has appeared off-Broadway as Helen in The Donkey Show (Club El Flamingo), Cherry in Sinfully Rich (Mint Theater), in her one-woman show Dear Diary (Broadway Spotlight Series, Ars Nova), as well as throughout NYC in long-form improv comedy with the Upright Citizen's Brigade. Sarah is also one of the creators of “Don’t Quit Your Night Job,” an improv/sketch/music variety show featuring a rotating cast of Broadway performers and special nightly guests. For the past six years, Sarah has been teaching improvisation to students in grades K-5 at P.S. 6 on the Upper East Side.


Robb Sapp

Robb Sapp appeared on Broadway as Boq in Wicked. Off-Broadway he played Tank in Zanna, Don't! (original cast recording), Turkey in Johnny Guitar (original cast recording), and Marvin in Enter Laughing. Robb toured the U.S. with the First National Tour of Saturday Night Fever where he understudied and performed the role of Bobby C. His regional credits include Papermill Playhouse, Roundabout Theatre Company, Barrington Stage Company, Music Theatre of Wichita, Ford's Theatre, Syracuse Stage and Indiana Repertory Theatre. Robb has been a part of the development of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (dir. James Lapine), Spring Awakening (dir. Michael Mayer), Cry-Baby (dir. Mark Brokaw), and most recently traveled to London to work on Lucy Simon's new musical Zhivago (dir. Des McAnuff). Robb is currently attached to the Broadway-bound musical LADY ON A CAROUSEL directed by Susan H. Schulman. He can be seen (briefly!) in the film "Acorss The Uuniverse" directed by Julie Taymor. Robb holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University.


Will Taylor

Since moving to New York a few years ago, Will has appeared on Broadway in: The Producers, La Cage Aux Folles, 42nd Street, and currently as Bobby in A Chorus Line. Will is originally from Charlotte, NC, where he graduated high school from the awesome Northwest School of the Arts. In his spare time, Will is probably taking class or writing songs on the guitar. Nellie Beavers

Nellie has been a teaching artist with Camp Broadway since 2003. National Tours: Broadway Junior, On Tour! (Danyel) and Discover Theater: featuring Disney’s Cinderella and The Jungle Book (Bagheera). NY Theatre Premiers: Sheldon Harnick’s Dragons (Mrs. Weber), Harry Connick Jr.’s The Happy Elf (The Happy Elf). Other Credits: You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Sally), Ragtime (Emma Goldman), Into the Woods (Little Red), The Music Man, & Dear Edwina. Nellie has also been involved backstage with the Broadway productions of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Boy from Oz, and All Shook Up.


Aubrey Bettencourt

Aubrey Bettencourt is excited to be working with Camp Broadway for the second consecutive year. Aubrey played the role of Cinderella in Camp Broadway's 2006 summer tour. Prior to this she toured with a Children's Theatre Company: Story Salad Productions. (Jack Sprat Low Fat World Tour) Aubrey graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Favorite credits include: Luisa (Fantastiks), Sally (Me and My Girl), Sister Robert Anne (Nunsense), and Ursula (Bye Bye Birdie). She would like to thank her friends and family for their love and support.


Brance Cornelius

Brance returns to Camp Broadway after touring Asia with Tony Award-Winner Lea Salonga, in Cinderella. A Kentucky native, Brance is a graduate of Murray State University. Regional Favorites include: Singin' in the Rain (Cosmo), White Christmas (Phil), Joseph...Dreamcoat (Reuben) and 42nd street.


Tim Goodwin

Tim comes to New York City from Rochester New York, where he worked with Geva Theatre Center's Education Department. There he was also Administrator of Geva Comedy Improv from 2004-2007, and has appeared in Geva's productions of Shear Madness and Our Town. He taught narrative improv at SUNY Brockport for five semesters, and has performed with such companies as Dad's Garage Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, and Toronto, Canada's Iron Cobra. Community theatre credits include Arsenic and Old Lace (Mortimer), Laughter on the 23rd Floor (Lucas), and Much Ado About Nothing (Claudio). He most recently appeared as Mikey Thomas in The Lake George Dinner Theatre's Production of Shear Madness in 2007.


Michael Howell

Michael Howell, is thrilled to be working with Camp Broadway this summer. Michael just graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in musical theatre. Recent theatre credits include Godspell at Syracuse Stage where he played Mike/Lamar. Michael spent the last summer in Vermont at the Weston Playhouse where he was part of the Young Compnay and played in Click Clack Moo and Les Miz. Some other favorites include Harry Witherspoon in Lucky Stiff with Syracuse Drama and Motel the Tailor in Fiddler on the Roof at Syracuse Stage. Michael has been involved with theatre camps since second grade and is so happy to be involved CB! He would like to thank his family and friends for there ever growing support and love.


Erinjean Jewell

Erinjean Jewell hails from the home town of six time Superbowl Champions, the Pittsburgh Steelers. A graduate of Arizona State University, Ej has performed around the world on Celebrity Cruise Lines and in the national tour of "The Producers." Erinjean is thrilled to spend another summer with Camp Broadway.

Other credits: The Pajama Game (Babe), Cinderella (Portia), Love According to Luc. TV/Film: "ED" (NBC), "The Awkward Stage", and a cabaret in affiliation with BRAVO TV. BFA in Drama from NYU/Tisch. Sari is dedicated to bringing expression through the arts to kids and young adults where she teaches through different organizations such as Camp Broadway, The Johnny Mercer Foundation, and All the Arts for All the Kids.


Leslie Tammone

Leslie is making her Camp Broadway debut this year! She is a recent graduate from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy. Her east coast premiere was with Two Bean’s Production’s Jack Sprat World Tour (Gloria.) A native from San Diego, she has been apart of The Moonlight Amphitheatre’s Summer Season 3 years in a row. Her last show with them was Little Shop Of Horrors (Crystal.) Some of her favorite credits include Beauty and the Beast (Silly girl), You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy), Into the Woods (Little Red), and As You Like It (Rosalind). She thanks her mom and dad for their constant support and love!
